I called 3 times. 2nd time a maintenance man came but had no idea how to fix the TV. After 3rd phone call I gave up.

The location is top notch!

Reviewer Comments: Condo was very nice, clean and comfortable, and the view was beautiful i sat out on the balcony and watched the dolphins come through early in the morning, I highly recommend staying here, everyone was very helpful and nice.

Overall it was ok. It is small but that is what we wanted. Furniture was older, especially the sofa and balcony furniture cushions. Balcony railing was moldy. We noticed some dark spots in the ceiling. Bedroom fan had to be adjusted to work. Condo was well furnished and clean. Great view. One of the elevators kept malfunctioning. With a little effort it could be excellent.
