Royal Palms 406 is located at 561 East Beach Boulevard in Gulf Shores, Alabama. This adorable one bedroom, two bathroom unit features amazing location and even walkability to the Gulf State Park Pier! With a king size bed in the master suite, hallway bunk beds (for children only please), and a sleeper sofa in the living room, this unit is able to accommodate up to 6 people comfortably. The beachfront balcony offers amazing views while you soak in the sight, sounds and scents of the Gulf of Mexico! This unit features a fully stocked kitchen and a washer and dryer for your comfort and convenience. There are 2 TVs, a blue ray DVD player and WiFi to keep you connected and entertained throughout your stay.
Royal Palms is a beautiful property with lots of excellent amenities. As a beachfront location, you will have easy access to the white sandy beach of Gulf Shores every day! There are both an indoor and an outdoor pool, exercise room, steam room and sauna. Please note that there is a new BBQ grilling area. The building has 2 elevators for ease of access throughout.

Twin-over-twin bunk bed located at the hallway.

We had a great experience for the most part. Had an issue with the main TV that was never taken care of. I called 3 times. 2nd time a maintenance man came but had no idea how to fix the TV. After 3rd phone call I gave up.

Wonderful place to stay in Gulf Shores! Would definitely book again. Condo is located at the end of the beach so it’s a lot more quiet. The location is top notch!

Condo was very nice, clean and comfortable,and the view was beautiful i sat out on the balcony and watched the dolphins come through early in the morning, I highly recommend staying here, everyone was very helpful and nice.

Overall it was ok. It is small but that is what we wanted. Furniture was older, especially the sofa and balcony furniture cushions. Balcony railing was moldy. We noticed some dark spots in the ceiling. Bedroom fan had to be adjusted to work. Condo was well furnished and clean. Great view. One of the elevators kept malfunctioning. With a little effort it could be excellent.
