Check in and out was smooth. The condo was just as pictured. The only thing is if you drive a large vehicle parking is an issue. It is an older complex therefore the park lot is small. The shower heads on both bathrooms need to be repaired. The one in the master bath was loose from the wall. It was a very nice place and we did enjoyed our stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location i@ great and feels safe. The unit was clean and comfortable. The decor is dated, but that doesn't matter to us. The staff is friendly and very helpful. We were only issued one fob for pool entry and beach access. This was inconvenient because our 16 year old granddaughter and her friend did their own thing, and my husband and I had to ask other guests to let us in the pool area. Overall, we had a great time.

Ladies at the office were attentive and helpful. We were upgraded to make up for a less then clean condo when we arrived and they made it right really quickly. Gulf sands was the building at first and idk if I could have stayed there even with it clean- out of date everything and certainly wasn’t cleaned properly. After voicing concerns, I was happy to be moved to another building w more space and bedrooms. It was more than I would have asked for but we appreciated it so much! Thank you Michelle and bender for a great stay. We will be back soon I hope!

The room was not very clean the remotes for the tv didn’t work. The location was great and the check in was very easy
