Room was very spacious for a capsule. Shared space also big.

Only one toilet upstairs so I often had to go down just to go to the toilet. A window at the bunk bed that is not covered completely by the curtain so i woke up from sunlight shining directly in my eyes. Even with sleeping mask, it was too bright. This also caused the bed to be very warm. While the room itself was colder by the ac, the curtain of the bunk bed caused the hot air from the sunlight to be trapped. No scale to weight suitcase.

Very pretty, lots of art, clean and neat, good kitchen, nice dorm rooms, people speaking english, very good breakfast

Clean, respectful, good kitchen and lovely lounge/cafe area attached

The late check in fee, closed check in quite early even though there was someone behind the counter til like 11pm

Wonderful staff and customer service. Good location near the Ainu Museum.
