Pensión H30 Bilbao

very very clean and super location!

check in at 16 and the fact that till the last minute they don’t say you if you can do the early check in.

Great location, super quiet, fantastic to have air con in the heat. Easy to check in and out. Clean and functional facilities, would recommend!

Very spacious, very clean and nice decor!

Everything was great.

I loved the location in a nice quiet neighborhood for great sleeping. In close proximity to fun neighborhoods I would visit for activities. I could walk or easily take buses which were within a block or two. Check-in and check-out was smooth.

The listing lied about cooling air conditioner. The system is a central climate control, and sometimes set to heating mode only, so I couldn't access cooling mode when I was hot. The listing should clearly warn people before they book. When I requested a fan, I was told there was not one available. I recommend they purchase one and keep for future customers. The digital lock required my phone to lock and unlock the room door, which makes it concerning if my phone runs out of battery or goes missing because then I can't enter my hotel room. The other rooms on the same floor had a digital keypad lock, only my room required a phone.
