Novel House Inn at Zion

OMG! This place did not just exceed my expectations - it blew my mind! Zion National Park is pretty; Novel House Inn is gorgeous! I would love to come back (from Australia) with my wife, because she would love it. I'll tell you who else is gorgeous - Misty, who greeted me at the accommodation, was delightful! She was so friendly and helpful. She literally opened the front door to me with a sort of "ta-dah!" moment. Geez she must work hard - late in the evening; early in morning. She is a real asset to the operation. Those first few moments in a strange place can have a real impact -I felt very comfortable here. I was in the Charles Dickens room. My friends on social media were impressed! Such a lovely yet functional room. Coffee downstairs, real milk (not creamer dust); a big (communal) fridge; lemonade and cookies; the library is amazing!; off-street parking; wifi; a fine breakfast included in a café a few minutes away; and access to the Park just a few minutes drive (or a few minutes walk to the shuttle). I could go on gushing about the Novel House Inn, but that's just words. Experience for yourself! Thank-you so much!

We loved the unique design of the house and the rooms. Each room was dedicated to a literary author. The location was good and also the fact that there were not many people. The welcome was polite and to the point.

First of all, accessibility needs to be improved. The room was on the 2nd floor without an elevator, with at least 15 steps. It was very difficult to get the luggage up, especially since there was no help available. Breakfast - We were surprised that we received a voucher for breakfast at nearby cafes and even more so that in the end we were also charged for a dish that later turned out not to be included in the amount. This is something that will not be done. Once the business commits to breakfast, the conditions must be visible and clear. In addition, the air conditioning - was turned on centrally without the ability to self-control. It took a long time and a really assertive request to turn off the cold air conditioning.

Great location, friendly ownership and staff. Great advice and everything you need.
