The home was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything our family needed. One of our favorite features was the huge backyard. There was plenty of seating to relax, enjoy meals, or just unwind while taking in the peaceful waterfront views.The private dock was a highlight of our trip. We loved sitting by the water watching birds, crabs, fish, and other wildlife throughout the day. It was such a peaceful place to enjoy our morning coffee or relax in the evening.There was also ample parking, which made things easy for our family and guests. The location was perfect—close to beaches, restaurants, and attractions while still feeling quiet and private.The property was exactly as described, the check-in process was seamless, and the management company was professional and responsive. We made wonderful family memories here and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing Cape Cod getaway.

We love Sitting on the lower dock on the river. It is a peaceful retreat. As always we gound the property to be clean, comfortable and inviting. Martha Murray staff are always cheerful and helpful. Comm inaction is easy.we have always had great experiences with them.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was excellent. There are a few items you should check and maybe repair. The left front stove burner shoots flames up from around the base, not from the designated slots on the burner. We chose to avoid that burner all week. The slider door REALLY need a bit of maintenance. It shouldn’t require that much effort to open and close it. The master bath I think may have mold around the base of the shower and the towel rack kept popping off the wall. We washed every dish, glass and eating utensil. We found a lot to be soiled or smudged. Other than that, the place and our stay was amazing.

The staff at Martha Murray are beyond accommodating, they called us the day before our arrival to let us know the house would be ready at 10:00am. (Like having an extra day!)
