Beautiful home and great location in mid cape. House has everything a family would need and more from bikes, beach gear, and kitchenware. Very generous hosts, very responsive. Would highly recommend.

This is a well-equipped, clean and comfortable place to stay for a family vacation. The owner was responsive and helpful. The location is convenient to many of the Cape's attractions. We appreciated that the house included basic supplies and was well organized. We definitely recommend this property to future renters.

We have been to Cape Cod 5 times and this is by far our favorite rental house. It is super well-equipped and we particularly appreciated the 4 kayaks, the large grill, the outdoor dining table with in-built gas fire pit, and the wood-burning fire pit in the garden. We will happily return.

We had a wonderful week at the Mermaid house. The location was perfect for kayaking across the street at Swan Pond and for exploring the Cape. The home was clean and welcoming and we had plenty of room for our family. Bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. There were multiple outside areas to sit and lots of room for the kids to play. Colleen was easy to communicate with and made our trip so easy and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves returning to the area (which we hope to do soon!).
