Very nice place, much better the hotel last year!! Less money I believe and pretty much across the street from the Marriott.

This one bedroom with a pullout sofa in the living room, is right across the street from the JW Marriott with great access to the beach with a path that takes you to the Gulf. Nice kitchen with everything you need to make some great meals. With the King bedroom and pullout you can sleep 2 adults and 2 children comfortably.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The location is great: across from the beach entrance, and within walking distance of good restaurants. The condo is well stocked.Recommendations for 202: a safety bar in the tub/shower. A table between the oven and the window wall. We had to use the ironing board for extra storage. A floor lamp is needed near the love seat--the table lamp doesn't give enough light for reading. Both the sofa and love seat give a whoopee cushion effect.Ok--enough of what's needed. We're still returning for a fourth year.

The property is in in a great location and the room was for the most part clean. The issue is the extremely loud sofa when you sit in it.
