Unit is very spacious for a 1 br. Equipped with everything you will ever need. If I were the host, I'd write that they have beach chairs and umbrella and boogie boards/hair dryer/beach towels. These are important and could be the difference between your unit and another VRBO.

This property was easy walking distance to the beach. We had the comforts of home while visiting Marco Island. We would love to come back again!!

Reviewer Comments:
My husband and I were very dissatisfied with the linens. Towels, both beach and regular towels need updating. The mattress pad and sheets are completely unacceptable.
