All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The location was excellant and it was very useful to be able to leave the car parked for a few hours and walk into town the day after our stay.
We did intend to eat in the restaurant anyway, but noted that any other food options were not available on the night of our stay. Perhaps this was because it was a Sunday evening, but on a different occasion we might have liked the option to have a cheaper and less formal meal.

from the minute we arrived the hotel was clean and well maintained. The reception was automated however a member of staff was on hand and was very helpful. Our room was very comfortable with both tea and coffee making facilities and had a lovely view over the park. Location was ideal with a pleasant 10 minutes walk to Harrogate centre. Oh and 2 minutes from Park run for those energetic on a Saturday morning!!
The only disappointment was a breakfast. The restaurant and staff were pleasant however for cooked breakfast , the bacon was little tough, the scrambled eggs were inedible and coffee was poor. The rest was fine. Not much choice of fruit or pastries. Breakfast room was lovely and staff pleasant and prompt at clearing dishes and provided a plate of porridge on request.

The staff are so lovely at at Cedar Court.
All facilities needed were great, as have been previously.
It was a wedding I was there for this time & everything was wonderful.
Big shout out to Pablo!!!!!!!!
Lovely room overlooking the stray.
Sadly the hot breakfast was only slightly warm on this occasion.
The tea tray compartments were very dirty & one had lots of sugar granules in it.

Breakfast was good value, the hotel was clean and well presented and good location.
We paid extra for a room upgrade which we feel did not deliver bathroom was quite small but had everything and the floor made a noise when walked on. One of the windows did not open so got too warm during the night.
