Beautiful and quiet place very well located. Hosts were great and helped me with my arrival and short stay. Has a lot of room to say in and a balcony if you want some fresh air. Overall a great place to be since it's very close to the city center and bus lines, etc.

The location is excellent. So much of what Edinburgh has to explore is within walking distance or a quick tram or bus ride. We spent two weeks in the UK and this location, by far, offered the most comfortable bed. Our room was tidied each day. The hosts are friendly and they took time to answer any questions we had.

Perfectly located in gorgeous crescent in central New Town - walking distance to most things. Very quiet room at back of property - good night's sleep. Bed very comfortable and loved the eclectic decoration.
TV didn't work properly; no instructions for how to use large jacuzzi tub/shower over; shower gel etc a little substandard given the wonderful accommodation.

Beautifully individually styled room. Very thoughtful and tasteful decor. Comfy bed. Lovely, friendly and helpful hosts. David was fab. Unique property in a great location.
