We had a pleasant stay. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful.,

The only downside was the noise from the tram and traffic on the second floor. Room are small

The best hotel for me in Istanbul and I always consider it as my first option. The location is exceptional specially it is close to Tram And Kabatash Line also Galata Port is few minutes away The rooms are clean and if you take the Bosphorus view it is very nice The Staff are very kind respectful and helpful always there for everything specially Recep, Ilyas Ferat and Emircan and all the rest. Go there and enjoy your stay

Views from the room are amazing especially early in the morning and when a new cruise arrives 😍 🚢 Location is great. 10 minutes walking distance to Galataport. Tram station less than 5 min walking. Kabataş ferry station 10 minutes walking. Staff are friendly and welcoming. I want to thank them specifically Yusuf, Recep, Fatih and Mehmet for all their help and professionalism. Beds are comfy. Cleaning is very good. Thanks to Khadija for making sure we are doing fine and being so good at what she does. Thanks to security team as well. Breakfast is lovely with nice Bosphorus views. There is Starbucks rigt beside the hotel. Near to many attractions. Lovely walk by the Bosphorus.

No near supermarket or grocery store. There is only Macro market in galataport but the quality and prices are not the best and variety is limited. In room dining experience could be better.

Staff good rooms in back like a dungeon as they have no light

Breakfast food is ok but staff should be fired
