Location was not great, but good for visiting a concert at the Johan Cruijff Arena

The hotel is very nice, clean, the staff is polite and kind. The location is also good, there is a bus stop and a 24-hour gas station nearby, where you can buy a snack or soft drink. The rooms are spacious, the bed is very comfortable.

Coffee machine didn’t work

Good location, good quality beds and towels, and a reasonably spacious room.

The car park was in the basement, and the lift wasn’t working, so there was no way to go up easily. There were no proper signs showing how to exit the car park, and when I tried calling reception, no one answered. I eventually managed to get out through another door, which also wasn’t clearly marked. The bathroom had several issues: the wash basin was flooding because the water wouldn’t drain, and the toilet flush button was broken and wouldn’t reset. I reported the wash basin problem on the day I arrived, which was frustrating. Although it was temporarily fixed, it started flooding again the next day—luckily we were leaving. I expect the hotel staff and management to ensure essential facilities are properly maintained, especially the wash basin and toilet flush button.
