The hotel itself was actually amazing and beautifully styled. We absolutely loved the decor. Our room itself was very clean and comfortable, however it had almost no decoration or style whatsoever, was just a white room, which was a bit of a surprise considering the grandeur of the public areas
The hotel rooms were not quite as the photos implied, however we were staying in one of the cheaper rooms.

The hotel was in a great central location. The room had all the basics, and a comfortable bed. The staff were wonderful- really friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They sorted some issues very quickly.
There were some issues with the room: there was no door to the bathroom (which was a little uncomfortable), the shower leaked over the bathroom floor, the window was difficult to close, the air conditioning system didn’t work (with no instructions in the room), and at one point the bathroom light cut out (but the staff did fix this). The tiled floor was not very comfortable. As the hotel backs onto a courtyard shared with a bar, it was often quite noisy late into the night.
