Lovely Decor, quite and relaxed atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff, clean and tidy.
Lovely products in room.
Pillows were not comfortable.
Would have liked china mug / teacup instead of paper ones.
More tea/ coffee complimentary snacks in room.

Good location, modern hotel
The front desk staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful to us. We felt as if we were an inconvenience and they were clearly irritated by us. We travel a lot and very rarely feel the need to review negatively, but the staff at reception are awful and we would not stay at this hotel again because of this

"The hotel is so calm, has a decent restaurant and clean facilities. The breakfast is also nice. I like everything about the hotel and the price per person is not high at all."
