The men's toilet did not have baby changing station

The view was fabulous , all the food was delicios and the resort was in top of our prefer so far All the stuff was very helpful and kind My kid enjoyed all of the activities and we appreciated the imagination and involvement

Everything was perfect.

Nothing.

The hotel is located in the heart of Playa de Muro. The sea is perfect. 15 min by bus from the old city of Alcudia. The family room was clean but very small for a family. The room had a nice balcony with the sea view. The food was really good but only buffet.

1) The main problem was that you have to get up very early to get a sunbed. If you come to the pool around 11 a m, where will be no sun beds. Not a single one!!!! So, you paid for a nice day on the beach, but you have no sun beds! I do not think it is ok for a vacation hotel(. 2) if you choose HB ( not all inclusive), you will have to pay 5 Euro for water during the dinner despite the fact that water is free inside the hotel. Even for children! ( we had to fill our bottles and bring them with us, as we are a family of 6, and it is not ok to pay 30 euros for water when you have already paid 12 000 euros for your stay. 3) too many babies and little children in the pool and all around. If you want a quiet adult vacation, this hotel is not for you.
