Iberostar Waves Playa de Muro

Food and service was good, clean, location was also convenient - directly on the beach.

We found the place really busy at the end of September, a bit overwhelming to see so many people queuing at the buffet or struggling to find two seats at the pool. I picked this place as I thought it was a good option for families, but the double room was really small, no space to change the baby, no diaper bin, no water boiler provided for warm up the milk (they gave it to us after we requested it). The kid pool was really nice, but playground and toys around were not great. Overall it was ok, but I was expecting more.

Cleaning service is very good, the room is not too big but modern and bright. The food is really, really good. The beach is nice, but it's a public beach so no allocated places for hotel guests.

My 15 month old did not have many things to do, he was bored and it made our stay a bit less enjoyable.

Facilities were fantastic for families. Food was great. Lots of drink options and very well priced

The location was good for the beach but a bit far from Alcudia

what we liked - beach and staff - people on the resort were very nice.

the buffet gets bland after a few days - water from the shower leaks into the toilet area. The price was a bit too much or too high, not close enough to the main action of the city and other areas. They had this thing where you had only one towel and you couldn't lose it or lose all your euros. everyone had to keep looking for their towel - got frustrating after a while.
