Relais Balcone di Giulietta

We had the most incredible stay, the staff were super friendly & attentive sorting any questions we had. The hotel itself is beautiful & what with it being in Juliette's courtyard you can't get a better location ☺️ This was the best honeymoon & it was all down to the lovely team & gorgeous city! ❤️

The staff and the room accommodations were wonderful! All day access to Juliet statue.

Not being familiar with Italy, it was hard to find the location within a pedestrian courtyard. But loved the location once we found it.

Excellent location to everywhere. Plenty of drinks and snacks in the room to consume. Clean and very friendly staff. Courtyard all to ourselves after hours. Sound-proof windows blocks all the street noise.

Spectacular location and beautiful room on the courtyard. Delightful staff and very nice rooms. Complimentary Prosecco and beers in the room was a lovely touch.

Given the price paid we would have expected significantly more value for money. This includes communal areas and breakfast options (neither are offered). Particularly shocking was the €30 fee for the right to use the jacuzzi on the roof (a major point in the hotel’s marketing is the jacuzzi and it was a shock to discover this came at an extra cost). On principle alone I resent a five star hotel charging extra to use its leisure facilities and I have never experienced this before. Finally fighting our way through a throng of tourists to access the hotel every time we wanted to come in and out was quite challenging and a little intimidating. Overall a shame as the rooms and the view was spectacular, the complimentary two bottles of Prosecco and beer was much appreciated on our honeymoon and the staff were lovely but we will not be returning.
