Great location, friendly and fast check in service, comfy bed
Bathroom needs some renovation work and did no like the caroeted room floor, not easy the keep clean.

The only thing I’d mention is that the maintenance could have been a little better: the walls were scuffed from suitcases and various objects, and the shower pressure wasn’t very strong, possibly due to the shower head needing some maintenance.

Everything was really perfect. The room is quite big and very well equipped with everything is needed, including coffee machine and expresso coffee or tea, sugar, brown sugar etc...Very clean room and very friendly staff at the reception. Really great breakfast.
Didn't rate 10 for two minor drawbacks: 1) a bit of "smell" from the shower drain pipe one day, 2) the light switchers in the room need some restoring.

Clean comfortable room in a relatively quiet area of the city.
Charging guests to rent an umbrella (which advertises the hotel) seemed wrong. Visited for two nights. Hotel doesn’t really have anything apart from bedrooms, no restaurant, no bar or lounge areas that we could see. Very much a place to sleep at but not to ‘stay’ at. A bit of a trek from the centre of the city and we ended up staying at another hotel in city centre for our third night.
