The host was amazingly helpful and recommended good places to eat which on a Sunday and Monday night is difficult in Belgium. The room was lovely and well furnished with a nice private patio and a very good and spacious bathroom and shower. Breakfast was excellent.
The only thing I would change is to put better signage off the road as it is difficult to see but missing it is just a minor irritation.

The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. The local town was charming, and we enjoyed a very good meal at one of the restaurants on the square. The breakfast at Apollonia was also very good.

The location is centrally located between Bruges and Ghent, a 20 minute drive. It is a beautiful and peaceful.
The room was very spacious and clean, with air conditioning. Breakfast was set up beautifully and there were plenty of options. Andy prepared us an delicious omelette.
I have nothing to add here.
