We were lucky to get a corner room which had a bit more space and a beautiful outlook over a park towards the harbour. The included breakfast was very good and it was nice to be able to sit downstairs in the lobby to relax. The location was excellent; walking distance to everything.
It was just a basic hotel room but this is not necessarily a negative.

Staff were warm and friendly throughout, location was fabulous ease of access to The Opera House, the train station and bus / tram and train commute

Room rarely equiped, hardly any storage space.

The location is excellent for travelers as it’s right across from the central train station. The gym is also a great addition- though when there are classes on it gets very busy. Good breaky, fresh and good quality.
The hotel is very very tired- in desperate need of a reno and upgrade. Our room looked over the courtyard that housed the rubbish bins. Very basic room, no where to store luggage or even hang towels etc.
