Pan Pacific Singapore

As a whole, enjoyed staying at Pan Pacific, was a good wedding reception venue.

Honestly the temperamental lifts were probably the only downside. The room keycards would just stop working to verify us for floors so sometimes we would be trapped going up and down until a kind stranger used their card to hit the floor we wanted to go to.

Pan Pacific Singapore is in a good location, with helpful and friendly staff. Our room was comfortable, and the hotel had excellent amenities for families travelling with a toddler, including a playroom and pool. There were also plenty of good food options nearby, including a small hawker market across the road. The hotel is close to Marina Bay, which was lovely for evening walks and river cruises.

It was a little difficult to get to other parts of Singapore from the hotel, as the city is not particularly walkable and we often needed to use taxis or other transport. There were also a few mix-ups with our bill. We were charged twice for breakfast, although this was eventually resolved. The transfer we booked also did not have a baby seat, despite this being requested, which was slightly frustrating when travelling with a toddler. The issue was addressed, but it would have been better if the arrangements had been confirmed correctly in advance.
