The location is right next and convenient to explore Orchard, near 711, Starbucks, Coffee bean for a quick breakfast. Room is spacious and the staff was nice lending us 2 electric adapters
A bit far from the nearest MRT (~500-650m) and there is a construction nearby I couldn’t sleep pass 8 every morning . And dont know why but the staff give us the room at the dead end of the maze corridor

Location is great
Construction was happening around the property and though not in the control of the hotel, it was extremely uncomfortable and disturbing to sleep in after a long day out. The bathroom was also quite uncomfortable to use with the shower head placed inside the bath tub.

Nice overall hotel with location, facilities
The staff made me go into a scenario where I ended up entering another person's room as they gave the same key the think of 1218 which was already allocated to other guest
I want entire 2 night refunds otherwise I will escalate it to the highest level
This was worst 2 minutes in entire travel I ever did in my complete 41 years of life
Don't give the refund - see the consequences 🙏
