Overall, the stay was good. The room was quite small, but comfortable enough, and the location was very convenient.

The main points that could be improved are the constant sound of running water behind the wall, which was noticeable especially at night, and the absence of shampoo and shower gel in the room. I would recommend checking that all basic bathroom amenities are available before the room is handed over to the next guest.

Great quiet location, free laundry and kitchen facilities (amazing when travelling!), enough storage space in the room. Older property but clean.

I brought a bad mechanical sound from the air conditioner to their attention day 3 of my stay, nothing was done about it despite being told someone was coming 5 days later. Impossible to sleep so I had to sleep with headphones. The wifi also didn’t work, despite the suggestion that a router would be installed closer to the room. Housekeeping didn’t refill the soap or toilet paper for some reason, which had to be requested, and the room smelt musty, either like a smoker had been there or the carpets needed changing.

Seamless contactless check-in. All instructions via Whatsapp with photos, simple and straightforward.

It was impossible to wash myself. There was no shower, there was a bathtub with water tap instead, but the closing of the bathtub did not work. So it was not possible to use the bath, and also impossible to shower. I had no time to sort this out with the staff as I had an early meeting, I had to leave unwashed and unrefreshed 😬
