Great location, superb spa and food at the restaurant. Very helpful staff.
No climate control in the rooms was disappointing, as was the lack of fridge and ‘real’ coffee in the rooms.

We liked the spa very much. The undercover parking was a godsend especially in St Helier nowadays. Excellent breakfasts that suited adults and children alike. We have issues with continual background music in restaurants, when asked it was kindly turned down for us,
Nothing

Very steep incline. Even the steps were exhausting for older people. Should have for example a intercom at road level to call for maybe a golf buggy to collect you. Breakfast food was basic, you had to order things like hash brown, baked beans etc. Noise travels through walls. Uncomfortable bed. Bathtub high and very slippery. No courtesy bus into at. Helier after 4.30pm.
