Great facilities, many restaurants, bars & a spa with gym, pool, sauna & steam rooms all free for guests. Good breakfast.
We were in the old part of the hotel. The rooms & beds are small & the furniture / fittings are old & tatty.
Another coffee machine is needed. There was a constant queue for a coffee.
The egg station to cook your eggs to order is a nice addition but you should also have scrambled eggs pre-prepared in the warming tray as queues develop quickly.

We were disappointed with the breakfast. We have stayed lots of times at this hotel but we felt the quality had gone down.

Health club excellent, Liz on reception very professional. the Zephyr staff during the evening were excellent too.
veiw from bedroom balcony excellent.
Breakfast was chaotic and there were long queues to get a table even though there were empty tables needing relaying. poor management supervision.
bedroom should have a more nautical feel (very boring, a bit like a Crowne Plaza IHG)
