The Cae Mor Hotel

The central promenade location was ideal. The cleanliness was outstanding

There wasn’t any evening entertainment

Breakfast was included in price, very good with choice of cooked and cold buffet toast or both if you wished, staff friendly and professional and never rushed. Location was great hotel right on sea front next to the venue crymu we went to see a show and dinner. 5 mins walk to 2 great shopping centers and llandudno shops. 10 min walk to pier and plenty of tour buses and trams. Safe and good for families. Our room in hotel had great walk in shower and a good size bathroom, large double bedroom. Liked the free body lotions and incase you forget anything there was a toothbush and paste, bottled water every day and tea tray with coffee hot choclate and biscuits.

Just becouse we being picky to improve Beds a bit hard, could have benifited from 2 comfortable chairs in bedroom. Lift was small and needed an upgrade but nothing would deter me from a repeat visit.

A very comfortable room, good food, friendly and helpful staff, overall cleanliness

The dinner service good on Monday and Tuesday but on Wednesday we waited for over and hour for dinner to be served so on Thursday we ordered some nibbles but still waited for nearly an hour before the main course arrived
