The Staff were amazingly helpful. My son was staying on his open day at Falmouth University. They arranged a Taxi to collect him from the station and to and from the Uni on the open day. Thank you Team Penmere.
Nothing.

This hotel is absolutely perfect. Beds are super comfy, the onsite restaurant food is exceptional, as are the breakfasts. Free use of the leisure facilities is great. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were my personal favourites. Not far from the nearest train station either, do really quick into town.
Nothing all perfect

Location was good. 30 minutes to the town centre. Staff were welcoming and polite.
The room was very small and the furnishings in many aspects were tired and the room.not that clean. Shower pumps were very noisy, so you could hear the neighbouring rooms when in use. The view from the room was non-existent but private.
