Very clean and close to amenities
Car parking was not great. Had to park on a street away from the property. There Was parking at the property but was so tight to manoeuvre to get in, and then you were blocked in by other cars.

The property is perfectly located for access to the beach and SW coastal path as well as Falmouth Town. The owners are friendly and kind and breakfast is great and really set us up for our day. Beds comfy and nice to have a smart TV.
