Check in staff were amazing and made checking in fast and easy. Location was perfect for our visit as it was close to transport and major attractions. The baggage hold area was easy to use and the staff handling this area were amazing. Our rooms were close together as requested. Onsite cafe/bar was convenient and staff very attentive although we found the food a little overpriced for the quality.
Mattress was so hard and not at all comfortable. The handwash and bodywash in the bathroom was almost empty when we arrived and didn't last the 3 nights we were there. Breakfast buffet was average and needs to be looked at closely as the set up wasn't very functional.

The location is excellent, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful! The room was clean and the whole atmosphere of the hotel is pleasant and welcoming. Good breakfast.
The double studio room was not fit for 4 people. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable (curved in the middle) and we had to place the mattress on the floor. Cleaning was normally done in the afternoon/early evening when we were at the room rather than morning when we were away, so we ended up skipping the cleaning services quite a few times while we were there.

The location is good, close to the Big Bang and London Eye.
The windows face the interior courtyard and corridor, not the street, which was not aware and unexpected.
