Superb breakfast included. Free parking on site is a bonus. Free drink from the bar on arrival very welcome. Room isn't huge but spacious enough for a single night and with good facilities. Bathroom very good and shower was excellent.
Few bits in the room could have been cleaner. Little bit of noise as we were by the stairs but no major issue.

It’s charm and setting, good location to the village, easy walk from Prince of Burford. The ability to park your car on site, as parking is at a premium. The friendly staff, and choice of breakfast. The dinners were equally excellent and enjoyable with a drop of your favourite beverage. All in all, would highly recommend the Prince of Burford for a mid week or weekend stay to explore the Cotswolds.
If you have a disability, there are no lifts to assist you to your floor, although staff will assist you in carrying your bag or bags up to your room. It’s only a slight inconvenience, but the rooms facing the front of the building have to contend with the traffic noise, that traffic does subside besides after exploring the Cotswolds for the day, generally hit the pillow and asleep.
