Great location, comfortable and quiet room, good beds. Easy check in and check out. Good staff
A couple of small points about the bathroom - the shower was not draining properly and the toilet seat was loose. Only minor though, and overall a good stay.

Great location for a quick stop in Lancaster. Despite being above a bar on a Saturday night, room was very quiet and we had a great night sleep. Lovely selection of complimentary snacks in the room.
Nothing!

Great location, super helpful and friendly staff.
Very clean rooms.
Especially like the complementary breakfast basket you get too.
Just wish there was a comfortable chair and more storage/ shelves to put your belongings on/in.
