Rooms were extremely well furnished. Service was impeccable. Breakfast was also exceptional. The lounge was great as well.
Ate dinner twice in the hotel restaurant. The wait staff did not seem to understand that the appetizer was supposed to be served before the main entree all of the food arrived to our table at the same time. It happened both times.

The Churchill is one of my favourite hotels in London. My wife and I stayed there for our honeymoon 53 years ago.
I like its central location, as well as its proximity to all that London has to offer.
The staff are exceptional.
I never, eat in the main floor dining room. It reminds me of a cafeteria.
I think that the hotel executive should look at completely renovating this room. The noise level on the main floor is so distracting.

Location is most attractive reason to pick this hotel.
Room size were good also.
Bathroom not maintained, flush not working and door lock broken!!
Bed mattress and blanket is dirty when we checked in..
