Loft was great and the kids loved it.

Staff were very nice and welcoming. Nice entry. Everything was good.

Bins were wet and smelly under bin bags. Dead millipedes in water. No over Mits so great difficulty using oven. Knives in wooden block were dirty from unwashed use. Staff very nice, but two had no local knowledge of walking directions to where things were, or recommendations of walking distance family restaurants etc.

Loved the location! Ideal for everywhere touristy to visit

The amount of money paid you’d expect things to be a little more paid attention to. Bath tub was peeling, they tried to cover it with a sticky suction grip pad, which had black pubes underneath, when walking into the bathroom there was a clump of hair in the middle of the room, sealant around the shower was moldy, you left feeling more dirty then clean, bathroom also felt it was lacking lighting, tiles chipped and felt it was slanted. Bed was comfy, couldn’t sleep due to the blinds letting headlight lights and the large windows, lovley but let a lot of sound in, maybe invest in some block out curtains that run from floor to ceiling. Wall Ledges around bed and stairs as well as lights had dirt build up, again attention to detail. Couch, table and chairs all need to be upgraded, holes and chair legs are obviously water damaged not feeling sturdy. Kitchen has good basic essentials but again could be upgraded to match money bracket. Cleaning staff lovley, maybe have a sign allowing do not disturb or encourage cleaners to wait as they let themselves in after 2 quick knocks
