Front reception staff were excellent and helpful

Being able to open the window. So close to everything. The parking.

The fridge wasn't on so I didn't have a fridge for my cold food. I booked a room with 2 beds on day 2. I was given a room with one bed.

I was very impressed not only by our welcome, but also by the spectacular view from our room. We found the facilities in the room as we expected, the quality was exceptional. Larger-than-normal bath towels, new and clean cooking implements, great appliances, and a full bottle of washing-up liquid with a proper sponge to wash up with!!! Two fridges: one for food and a wine/bar fridge as well. The bed was very comfortable!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!!

It's a small thing, but the only car space we could find was on the lower level, which had no lift access. I couldn't fault anything about the room at all, except its proximity to the lift and being woken up by the maid's loud radio on Sunday morning! However, the only lift noise I could hear was in the bathroom, not while in bed/room.

Location was excellent.

Not 4 star. Very tired with maintenance required. Curtains didn’t meet in the middle, shower shelf about to fall off. Not entirely clean. Air conditioning power switch difficult to find. Other side of the room and near the floor which was found only by accident after a stuffy night.
