The indoor and outdoor pools are excellent, the bar is a fantastic bonus and the 4 poster bed type sun loungers are amazing. There is a fantastic choice for breakfast also. The balcony size is great, plus rhe ocean view is perfect. The bed is also very comfortable and the tv is a great size. When we checked in we were given access to our room early and was told we were being moved to a higher floor. We rhen had an even better view!

I found two of the staff to be a bit rude which was disappointing. Their attitude could have been a little more professional. The rest were very nice and helpful. There was also alot if drilling and banging going on in the building beside the hotel which ruined the atmosphere at times. The cleaners were not near thorough enough when they cleaned the rooms and were at times very loud early in the morning. Prices were also quite high at the bar for food and drinks and the shower was also tiny.

The pool area is lovely and the cleanliness overall was good

The room is very outdated and in need of refurbishment. There was mould in the sink and the hand shower head is very old and in need of replacing. The electric hob was missing the plastic cover for the switch which felt like a safety hazard. All the hot breakfast options were cold.
