Excellent breakfast, beautiful pool with amazing views, close to the castle wall

Shower was a little disappointing

The hotel actually exceeded our expectations...it did feel like we went back into history, but that was the charm of the place. Our room was fantastic. We had views over to the chapel next to the hotel as well as the old fortress wall. The breakfast was good and there were enough choices that should please everyone. The parking garage was good. It was just hard to find a place to park the car to find out where to actually park. Would recommend the hotel having at least a few spots available for loading/unloading. The staff was great. The had a welcome happy hour with free wine and snacks that was not expected. Also, the location was great. You were close to the arch and actually almost right in the middle of the old town when you walked up to it.

Water was not as hot as I like.

A very quaint hotel conveniently located just outside the town wall. Comfortable rooms, great to have the swimming pool and access to the games room - we used the pool table. Lots of choice at breakfast, friendly and helpful staff.

The shower was an over the bath mixer which was very low pressure.
