Beautiful location and room outlook. Great breakfast. Very helpful staff.
No tea and coffee facilities in room. Rubbish bin needed in room.

This place is lovely; the views are just stunning. Dinner wasn't too bad at all. Any lack of finesse on the food front was easily outweighed by pleasant service, nice wines, ambience, location and a visiting otter.
Nothing really. The lady on duty did a good job of juggling the reception and the pool bar! I'm sure there's extra help on hand when it's busier.

An exceptional hotel with wonderful staff - thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Staff was friendly although young and understaffed. Great river view and terrace by the lake.
For dinner you probably find better places in the village.
No private hotel parking.
