The staff were awesome and very helpful. Everything I asked for, they were right on top of getting it for me. Breakfast was very good with lots of western options (because I dont prefer the food part of the traveling adventure).

All the beds I have stayed in at Asian hotels have been very hard. It would be helpful to have softer beds available or have thick memory foam toppers available for people that need them. I had to start every day with a back ache. It wears off as the day goes on but still... Many of the electrical outlets in my room were all completely worn out. They are easy to change but you have to have an electrician replace the recepticals. I mentioned it to the hotel desk. She gave me an adapter to put in the plug by my bed but it didnt help. They need maintenance. When checking in, I asked about a view because the hotel had several floors. She said no, that my side of the hotel on 19 looked out on construction. Then she offered me a room on 8 that had a different view. I said great. My room on 8 looked out on a muddy construction site...from a lot closer than floor 19. Something got lost in translation there I think. But she was super friendly and courteous while making the change! Lol

It is family friendly with a playground for kids to play at if they are stuck in the hotel during rainy season. The housekeeping staff Miss Noi is so kind and helpful. Staff overall is polite and helpful.

The check-in process was awful told check in was 2 we went for walk to fill in time got drenched came back at 2.30 and room was another 45 mins away and we had no way of drying off… so we could only check in about 3 … not sure what the hold up was but staff were friendly enough and it’s wasn’t the front desk staff fault
