Location and the kind warming staff.

Is ok in general

People were friendly. Rooms were nicely stocked with coffees and teas, etc. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash and moisturier was lovely.

Steps up to the room. Said if we had problems taking up our suitcases that they would help but we didnt know until we got there. Should have been a service straight away

The location was good if you wanted to be in the middle of the city. The staff were wonderful at trying to rectify any problems we did have during our stay.

The beds were terrible.

The location is amazing and the apartment was a great size. Really good to have all appliances especially washing machine and dryer

Parking was very difficult and we were not originally set up so were stuck in the parking building with payment being requested although we had already paid. We have a disability parking permit for our daughter and when enquiring as to where we could park we were asked to explain her disability which was very uncomfortable for our daughter and when supplying her Mobility Parking Permit which is NZ issued and with valid date we should not have to disclose her medical information or details of her disability the conversation tone felt accusatory and rude. We had a 2 bed apartment with a roll out bed in the living space for one of our children which was very comfortable but one of the bed legs would not stay screwed in, after unsuccessfully trying to get it to stay up we called to ask for help and a new bed was exchanged for the broken one which was great but we had the same attendant as with the parking and she was clearly still not happy with us and didn't even speak to us when exchanging the bed just did so in silence. The only other problem was that the bathroom has an open shower which sprays water all over the floor and was hard to keep the rest of the bathroom particularly the sink to wash hands and teeth dry for when using the rest of the bathroom. We hung our sign on the door twice to request extra towels but both times this was left out all day without anyone coming by and we had to call to ask for towels.
