The location, facilities and the staff were wonderful. I loved having a nice balcony to sit on and let in some fresh air when needed.

The facilities were modern and everything was great, but not having a bathroom on the ground floor and having to go to the 1st floor to use one is silly. Even more so because the bar is on the ground floor.

Clean and perfectly located for easy access to city and ferries.

We loved staying here - how beautiful to look out over the harbour - so close to everything. The breakfast was the best we had on our trip and the staff were amazing - we would 100% recommend this as a top place to stay. Thank You

The pool is very small - - Doesn't look small in pics. Not much of a pool to be honest.

Very bad management.So much confusion upon check in , our booked details selected at booking.com did not match their booking for entitlements. Once that was sorted we were them told the room was not ready so instead of getting into our room at check in time at 3 pm it was not until 4;30 pm so very disappointed. The staff were pleasant so someone in management needs to address the situation that is not very acceptable for guests , as I know we along with other guests at reception checking in at the same time where also told their rooms were not ready and they only offered apologies and 1 house drink per person
