AlamKulkul Boutique Resort

This property for us was a quick two night stay on our return from Nusa Lembongan before we departed from DPS. The property was clean and presented well - the gardens are very well maintained. Staff were attentive if we needed anything (like most Bali resorts). The location was great - walking distance to Beach Walk Mall, surf break out the front for my son, walk to Padma Street for restaurants and shopping. Very convenient. Breakfast was good. We would visit again.

The pools are smaller than some of the other larger resorts. However they were never crowded and were relaxing to sit around.

The buffet breakfast was fantastic, as was the location and pools for the kids. My husband and I had the best massage of our lives at the spa. Staff 10/10

Not a lot, other than the room we were in was a bit of a hike to up and down the stairs a number of times a day with kids. Bit wouldn’t stop us from returning :)

We were in a Alam Lanai room near the garden pool so we didnt need to go too far to swim and the location opposite the beach was great. The closeness to Melasti street was also good so we could go to Garlic Lane easily etc.

The bed was like rock, so bad that we asked them to swap mattresses or rooms. This took nearly a full day and we had to nag before they eventually obtained a topper which improved it slightly. We found the resort to have quite a cramped feel to it, with the rooms on top of each other and we could hear guests coming and going late at night.
