Great place across the beach and the staff was fantastic..Breakfast was value for money ...neat and clean pool area. .. will definitely come back

The staff are incredible, so kind and accomodating. The rooms were clean and spacious with good a/c. The restaurant was very good as well.

The pool lounger situation was not the best, half of them remain ‘reserved’ but empty for majority of the day. We went down to the pool around 9am and asked about an empty cabana, we were told it was booked for 11am. We were at the pool until 2pm and the cabana remained empty during this entire time. We also watched 3 people leave the pool and so we asked if we could have those loungers. We were told by the pool attendant they were coming back, those particular people didn’t return for 2.5 hours. The loungers remained empty for over an hour and a half before they were cleared. I think they need to be stricter on the fact if it’s empty for 15 minutes and the guest isn’t by the pool then you clear it. I’ve been to other resorts that are very good at this.

Facilities in the room was good

Pool lounges are taken with people just leaving towels, staff need to monitor it better
