The location, the size of the room and the friendly staff
I was disappointed with two points: (i) the water system of the room made a lot of noice; (ii) the breakfast offered by the restaurant offered poor options (I need to ask several times for a ordinary yogurt and boiled eggs) and the staff was very low. Need to be improved.

Spacious room, great breakfast.
There was some mold in the bathroom and the sound insulation could be better. There was some noise from the nearby road and also when people from the apartment above took a shower, it would make a loud noise. It would also have been nice if they offered a complimentary bottle of water.
