Great location for stopping off from M5. Excellent value when I booked single room last minute. Room was clean and well decorated: functional rather than anything fancy. Plenty of parking. Friendly, welcoming staff on 24 hour reception. Also has in-house restaurant.
Decor in some communal areas can seem dated.

The team member Annan could not have been more helpful , I was traveling by cycle and needed some tape etc and nothing was too much trouble . I had the breakfast which was overpriced in my view but the quality of the cooked items was excellent
Room was small and limited lighting , thought breakfast was over priced at 15 pounds, i would say 10 pounds would be more appropriate

Location was good
It’s obviously been recently taken over, the name was changed, there is work ongoing to the property. They hadn’t yet got a licence. It could have been a lot cleaner upstairs. There was no blind on the bathroom window and although we had privacy glass in the lower half of the window, there were houses directly opposite and I was uncomfortable.
