Great location, close to the centre of Beaune. Beautiful historic building with lots of original features. Very clean and a nice breakfast.

The location is excellent, very convenient for exploring Beaune on foot. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
We were also lucky enough to find a parking space directly in front of the hotel, where paid street parking is available.
The room was fine and comfortable enough for a short stay, although nothing particularly special.
There is no lift, which can be inconvenient when travelling with luggage.

the location is nearby the center, and car parking spot, but charged...
If I am right, the publication included Parking, but wasn't. We (71 years and 56 years) carried our luggage to the second floor whilst a young lady didn't paid any attention...ZERO attention and respect for elder people. No hot/warm water for shower in the morning, nor the bath was draining properly.....
