Great location for the centre of Beaune, good breakfast and and oldie worldie charm to the place.
Beds could have been a bit better, and the room was pretty basic. Parts could do with a bit of a revamp too. We were on the ground floor and it smelt a bit damp like a cellar

Great central location. Room was lovely and staff were very helpful in explaining parking. There is street parking nearby, which was free after 7pm till 9am next morning and upto 2 hours possible outside of this.

The location of the hotel was perfect ~ right in city centre. The staff were friendly & helpful ~ we greatly appreciated Kerri’s restaurant suggestion. Our room was large & the bed was very comfortable.
The shower was large but really needs refurbishing & a good clean. The grout had black mold, there was a hole in the wall where presumably there had been a vent & the ceiling was also moldy.
The breakfast was boring & very average. The coffee disgusting!

Available at last minute, beautiful building, some toys for kids in the common area
No hot water! For 100€ per night it’s a shame to provide guests with no shower (as there is no hot water)
Common spaces are too cold
Bad noise isolation too
Everything is old and some things are broken
