The general overall experience in the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. I really felt like I was on holidays.

My room was a little on the small side. The main downfall was the tiny shower. I felt like I had the squeeze into it.

Quality decor, lovely floral arrangements. Staff helpful at reception.

Breakfast was far overpriced and No Ala carte option.

Walking distance from the centre. The gardens, the pool, the bar area in the garden.

Change the complicated safe in the rooms. Watch guests with dogs.

Great location for the centre of Aix. Beautiful old building and gardens. Nice spa and gardens.

Our room was very disappointing for a superior room. Very bland little furniture no bedside tables. Poor sound proofing to rest of the property. No mini bar. A bath but no stand up shower. Bathroom leaked. Definitely not what was expected for a night charge of over €600! Poor service, luggage not delivered and had to go and look for it despite waiting 40 minutes. Service at dinner was poor. Waited 45minutes to even receive a drink. It took 3 hours to have 3 courses and we felt we were left to last several times.
