Really comfortable place to stay, comfortable beds and the room was lovely too. Staff were very helpful and friendly and it was very easy to find late at night.
Sadly didn't have time to use the pool!

Standard of Radisson Hotels is as usual very heigh and it was excellent also in Aix en Provence. Our dog loved it as well. Extraordinary good and big bed, delicious breakfast with enormous variations of food. Very helpful personnel. Excellent location for travelers by car and any problems with garage.

The Hotel in a convenient location for exploring Provence. The room was comfortable, clean, and the air conditioning worked very well. The hotel was quiet, parking was convenient, and fresh towels were provided upon request.
Breakfast was average, and the staff started clearing the dining area before breakfast officially ended. The restaurant was closed one evening despite the posted opening hours. The open wardrobe had no shelves or drawers, which was not very practical.

The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful and spoke English. The general hotel ambiance was relaxing and pleasant. The food available in the bar was good in the off peak time we visited which was the only option as the main restaurant was closed. The parking facilities were great.
The room was very close to a dual carriageway and the traffic noise impacted adversely on the ability to sleep because the window soundproofing was inadequate. We reserved a room for three adults but the provision of towels, cups, coffee, glasses etc were only for two people.
